Liquor Catering and Bar Service for Your Event

The Piper Pub & Grill knows that one of the most important factors in any perfect event is the bar. Since this is your special day and everything has to be perfect, don't let bar service be a worry. The Piper Pub & Grill provides professional and personable staff and wonderful service, and takes the worry out of planning and organizing your bar service. The Piper Pub & Grill offers a comprehensive service and wide selection of liquor, beer, and wine.

Pick from three bar types:

• Hosted Bar (also known as an open bar; you pay for everything)
• No-Host Bar (also known as a cash bar; guests pay for their drinks)
• Host Combo Bar (you select a few items to buy, such as wine and beer, and guests purchase anything else)

The Piper Pub & Grill standard bar setup consists of a bar-height counter set on a 6' banquet table dressed in solid black linen. Additional black linen covers the back bar, beer tubs, and trash bins in the bar area. For an additional charge, The Piper Pub & Grill will provide specialty linen for the bar area.

• Bar Staff — Staff is hand-selected from the local hospitality industry to ensure quality service and up-to-date knowledge of the latest drinks and newest trends.
• Bar Staff Attire — Choose from The Piper Pub & Grill standard: "clean and simple" all-black, "business" white shirt and black slacks, or "formal" vest and necktie. We can also accommodate special requests.
• Ice & Ice Coolers — We provide plenty of ice to keep your beverages cold. For larger and longer events, we provide a refrigerated ice or draft beer truck on site (for an additional fee).
• Drinkware — Clear plastic cups are included in every package. You do however have the option to upgrade to glassware including rocks glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, and more.
• Beverage Napkins — Standard white beverage napkins are included with every package. Upgrading to colored napkins to match your theme is possible for an additional charge.
• Bar Supplies — Shaker tins, bottle openers, bar mats, wine keys, pour spouts, straws, stirrers, bar towels, bar napkins, napkin caddies, salt and sugar rims, and more. All other bar supplies are included in every package.
• Non-Alcoholic Beverages — All bar packages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and bottled water as non-alcoholic alternatives.
• Mixers — All liquor packages include club soda, tonic water, ginger ale, grenadine, and syrups. Red Bull and other juices are also available for specialty drinks for an additional charge.
• Garnishes — Lemons and limes, maraschino cherries, olives, stuffed olives, orange slices, bloody mary fixings, mint leaves, sugar canes, flavored salts and sugars, and more.

The Piper Pub & Grill helps you at every step, making your liquior selection extremely easy.

There will be a charge of $150 setup and breakdown fee which includes the City Liquor Permits & The Piper Pub & Grill Liability Insurance, which is required at ANY public venue, and service.

Bartenders are each paid $15 per hour, start to finish. The Piper Pub & Grill recommends one bartender for every 50-75 guests. All events require a 4-hour minimum for bar staff.

Our beverage selections are recommended, but if you have a favorite we can get if it for you. If you bring wine for the event, The Piper Pub & Grill charges a $4 corkage fee per bottle for its bar staff to open and serve it.

An 18 percent gratuity is charged to the total bar invoice. A minimum of $250 worth of alcohol must be purchased by hosts, guests, or a combination of both during no-host bar events.
